  Customer service was great! Food was fantastic! Order was taken immediately and food arrived very soon. We ordered lamb biryani and chicken biryani, so tasty! And chicken 65 and chili chicken. Both were so fresh and delicious! I love this place. My family lives 30 minutes away and this is our go to place for biryani. These guys know what they are doing. And we never leave without biryani to go for later. And everything digested well, very important to consider nowadays.

  Pathetic customer service. They are very careless, unprofessional and give wrong orders. Ordered Large biryani and small chicken biryani. They gave both chicken biryani. We ordered Large veg. biryani from skip-the-dishes around 8 pm.
  We called the store spoke to Arshia. She was so rude and adamant. Will never order anything from this store....

  I would say don't go there ever. The worst kind of meats been used. Me and my husband had really bad upset stomach right after eating here. Food is full of spices and lemon flavour to overshadow the bad quality of meats and ingredients in general. Place itself doesn't look every hygienic. Staff is useless. Just don't even bother going.

  Found this place to have amazing samosas but terrible customer service.
  My food was right there ready to be served in the hot tray and they made me wait 45 minutes whilst they served everyone else chicken biryani.
  Finally I demanded my order to which she still wanted to serve people and I told all three servers to please stop running to the back for everyone else's food whilst mine was right there. Then another Guy stood up and he had been waiting for just as long and demanded his money back. So the cook appeared from the back and they started yelling back and forth.
  We both asked for the owner or the manager and was told the manager was in India. Another time when I called and left a message and no one called me back.
  For a place that has potential. Some food is already available on the hot tray. You surely need to get your workers trained in customer service and have a way for the chicken biryani to be ready instead of the helpers going back and forth to the back and simply staying in the back waiting for the cook to finish cooking rather then helping the next customer.

  I ordered biryani and it was fresh, cooked well but it lacked enough chicken(mostly rice). It was made fresh as i got in early but one thing I will say is the customer service is trash.  Not polite at all. Whether it's the guys at the back or girl working at the front they are not very nice for a business that requires customer service.
  
  I like the food as long as you add more chicken but if i keep getting treated like crap wheni walk in i'll stop walking into this place and change the rating to 1.
